Kiran Fragrances (operating under the brand name “Raabta Parfum”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a Sole Proprietorship registered in India at 6/M/1, Dabouli Main Road, Dabouli, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 208022 (INDIA).

This Policy covers:

What personal data we collect and why;

The rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the implementing Rules; and

1. Scope: When this Policy applies

This Policy applies to digital personal data that Kiran Fragrances collects and processes when you:

Visit or transact on our Website/App;

Create an account or place an order for our perfumes;

Contact customer support; or

Interact with our marketing, reviews, quizzes, or product recommendation features.

It also explains processing by our authorized service providers acting on our behalf (payment gateways, delivery partners, analytics providers, cloud hosts, etc.). Where we integrate third-party features (social sign-in, social sharing), those third parties will have their own privacy terms.

2. Key Terms and Assigned Meaning Personal data / digital personal data: Any information that identifies you or by which you can be identified when in digital form.

Data Principal: You.

Data Fiduciary: Kiran Fragrances (Brand: Raabta Parfum).

Data Processor: A third party processing data for Kiran Fragrances under a

contract.

Identity & Contact Information: Name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, billing & shipping addresses, preferred delivery instructions.

Account & Authentication Data: Username, salted/hashed passwords (we do not store plain-text passwords), security questions, and account preferences.

Transaction & Payment Records: Order details, invoices, payment identifiers (such as card tokens or UPI references), and refunds/returns history. (Note: We share payment data with processors under strict written contracts limiting use solely to processing your payment).

Service delivery & account operations: To take and fulfill your retail or white- label orders, process payments and invoices, arrange delivery, manage returns/refunds, provide customer support, and maintain your account.

Safety, compliance & improvement: To protect accounts and the platform (security, fraud detection), comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, and perform business-improvement analytics.

Marketing & personalization: To send promotional communications and personalized fragrance recommendations only where you have given explicit consent; you may opt out at any time.

6. Consent

We seek free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent via clear toggles/checkboxes, cookie banners, and account settings. We keep records of all consent logs as required by law. You can withdraw consent at any time: withdrawal is as simple as granting consent (via account settings or by emailing support@raabtaparfum.com). Withdrawal does not affect processing done before withdrawal.

7. Cookies & similar tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

Strictly necessary functions: Cart, login, session management.

Performance & analytics: Site usage and improvements.

Advertising & measurement: Only with your consent.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary or to meet legal/tax requirements.

Order & transaction records: 7 years (tax / audit compliance).

Account profile data: Lifetime of the account + 3 years of inactivity.

Marketing consents: Until you withdraw consent.

Customer support records: 2 years after resolution.

Security logs: 1–3 years for security monitoring.

We will provide advance notice of automatic erasure for inactive accounts.

11. Children, Guardians & Nominees

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If discovered, we will promptly delete it. You may also nominate another person to act on your behalfregarding your data rights by emailing support@raabtaparfum.com with proof of identity.

13. Security & organisational safeguards

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk, including Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for sensitive fields. We continually review and strengthen controls.

14. Personal data breach: detection & reporting

In the event of a breach that compromises your personal data, we will:

Investigate and contain the incident;

Notify the Data Protection Board, CERT-In, and affected Data Principals as required by law; and

Provide affected users with meaningful information about the breach, likely consequences, and mitigation measures.

15. Automated decision-making & profilingWe may use automated techniques to personalize fragrance recommendations, detect fraud, and improve merchandising. Where automated decisions materially affect you, we will provide an opportunity to obtain human review where required by law.

17. Changes to this Policy

Governing law & jurisdiction: Indian law; disputes subject to courts of Uttar Pradesh unless otherwise agreed in the Terms of Service.

We procure products and raw materials from licensed manufacturers who comply with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Cosmetics Rules, 2020. We verify manufacturer licenses and safety documents for all our formulated perfumes.
